Real estate upsizing is one of most common scenarios for our clients. As the name suggests, this relates to those who currently own real estate and are looking to sell in order to move into a larger, more upgraded, more expensive neighbourhood, and/or larger lot.

Making the decision to downsize is not always easy. For the most part, we find our clients downsize because of age-related realities, empty nesters, moving to a less expensive neighbourhood, and/or financial concerns.
Depending on your personal circumstances we will advise on various approaches to obtain your goals. For instance, for those downsizing as a result of age, we will advise on certain types of properties best suited for you.
