Buy a home before December 31, 2023 and save up to $5000*.

- Agreement of purchase and sale must be firm prior to December 31, 2023. The closing can occur at a later date.
- Savings vary on purchase price: $750,000 or less – $1500; $751,000 to $1,000,000 – $2500; $1,000,000 to $1,250,000 – $3000; $1,251,000 to $1,500,000 – $4000; $1,501,000 or more – $5000.
- Co-operating commission must be at least 2.0%.
- Valid only upon successful closing of the purchase transaction.
- Payment will be made in the form of gift card of the client’s choosing post closing.
